The present General Conditions of Sale detailed below (herein referred to as “general conditions”) exclusively determine the contractual relations between every customer who uses the MUSA Natural Cosmetics website (herein referred to as “user”) and Catarina Louro Nobre, an individual businesswoman with the Number of Taxpayer 503 890 278 (hereafter referred to as ‘MUSA Natural Cosmetics’).
The general conditions of sale are the only ones to be applied and they replace all other conditions, except for prior express agreement in writing. MUSA may from time to time modify certain provisions of its general conditions, and this must also be re-read at each visit to the MUSA Natural Cosemetics website (herein referred to as the “Site”). We consider that when the order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our general conditions of sale.
By connecting to the site, the customer undertakes to respect the General Conditions as well as the Conditions of Use.

Please be advised that we do not have a Physical Store, but rather the space where we manufacture our products, so it will not be open to the public and, for a visit, you must contact us in advance.
The photographs that illustrate the products do not enter into the contractual field and do not replace any commitment on the part of MUSA Natural Cosmetics.
The sales prices indicated on the website are in Euros, with VAT exemption. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the products selected and their weights.
MUSA Natural Cosmetics declines all responsibility in case of error or inaccuracy in the conversion system used, or any difference that may arise between the estimated total value of the order and the invoice value in euros in case of purchase for the Union European or outside it (if applicable).
MUSA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it tries to apply the rates in force that were indicated on the website at the time the customer placed the order.
Please be advised that if the price indicated is incorrect and manifestly insignificant, regardless of its cause (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be canceled, even if it has already been confirmed and paid.
MUSA respects the deadlines for sending an order as long as there is stock availability.
In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, MUSA will contact the customer by email or telephone within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of order, in order to inform the new delivery period. of product. If the missing product is unavailable for an indefinite period, MUSA undertakes to make a full refund by the same means of payment made by the customer in question.
MUSA asks the customer to choose, instead of the unavailable product, a product with equivalent quality and price. In case of refusal by the customer, MUSA will refund the total value of the product.
Products purchased on the Site are delivered to mainland Portugal and the Islands via CTT up to 1000gr, or via the MRW carrier with a 24 hour delivery service from 1000gr. The order will be delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
The contribution for transport, as it is added to the price of the products purchased, will be calculated automatically by the system. In case of non-receipt of the order within the indicated deadlines, an investigation will be made with the carrier, and it may take a few days. The Customer must contact the brand and during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order will have to be verified and confirmed.
The customer will have 24 hours after receiving the order to complain by phone or email any anomaly with the order. MUSA is not responsible for any problems arising from transport. MUSA will be obliged to refuse any request for refund or replacement (right of withdrawal) for products that present external defects and that has not been filed a claim within 24 hours. The right of withdrawal remains valid for cases of technical problems that are detected by the customer after delivery and in accordance with the terms provided by law.
To facilitate this process, we recommend a few points to check upon delivery:
1. Check if the packaging is in perfect condition.
2. Check that the product complies with the order made and that it has no visible defects.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are automatically calculated before the user finalizes the order, taking into account the products and their weights or volumetric weights. When finalizing the order, it is assumed that you agree with the pre-calculated shipping costs.
After making the payment, the order will be shipped within 5 working days and the time it takes to reach the customer’s address depends on the chosen shipping method. To be considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks). The brand does not assume responsibility for inability to deliver or incorrect address.

· Bank Transfer or MbWay;
· ATM reference through our Eu Pago partners;
· Cash through in-store withdrawal;
· PayPal (see instructions at www.paypal.com).
Within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order, the customer has the right to terminate the contract. The cost of shipping the product for return will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer can be held responsible for the depreciation of the asset, if the manipulation changes the characteristics and functioning of the asset.
Products excluded from the right of legal withdrawal (free):
· Products incomplete, damaged or already used/tried by the customer;
· Supply of custom made goods;
· Supply of sealed goods not subject to return, for reasons of health or hygiene protection when opened after delivery.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, MUSA will endeavor to reimburse the customer quickly (by the same method of payment), noting, however, that this period will depend on the technical evaluations that will be carried out on the material, with a maximum duration of 15 days (counted upon arrival at MUSA).
To return an item*, the customer must contact the “contacts” tab. Shipping fees are borne by the customer (the product travels under the customer’s responsibility).
For the period covered by the warranty, the customer must return it directly to the After-Sales Service (SPV) of the brand or in the manufacturing space itself.
