Product Information and Price
The photographs that illustrate the products, do not enter into the contractual field and do not replace any commitment on the part of MUSA Natural Cosmetics.
The sales prices indicated on the website are in Euros, excluding VAT. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the selected products, and their weights.
MUSA Natural Cosmetics declines all responsibility in case of error or inaccuracy in the used conversion system, or any difference that may arise between the total estimated value of the order and the value of the invoicing in euros in case of purchase for the Union European Union or outside (if applicable).
MUSA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it tries to apply the rates in force that were indicated on the website at the time the customer places the order.
We inform you that, if the price indicated is incorrect and is manifestly negligible, regardless of its cause (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be canceled, even if it has already been confirmed and paid for.
MUSA respects the deadlines for sending an order as long as stock is available.
In the event that one of the ordered products is not available from stock, MUSA will contact the customer by email or telephone within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the order, in order to inform the new delivery term. of product. If the missing product is unavailable for an indefinite period, MUSA undertakes to make a full refund by the same means of payment made by the customer in question.
Pluricosmética asks the customer to choose instead of the unavailable product, a product with equivalent quality and price. In case of refusal by the customer, Pluricosmética will proceed to a full refund of the product value.
Shipping and Delivery Methods
Products purchased on the Site are delivered to mainland Portugal and Islands via CTT up to 1000gr, or the MRW carrier with 24 hour delivery service from 1000gr. The order will be delivered to the address that the customer indicates at the time of purchase.
The contribution to transport, as it adds up to the price of products purchased, will be calculated automatically by the system. In case of non-receipt of the order within the indicated deadlines, an investigation will be made with the carrier, and it may take a few days. The Customer must contact the brand and during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order must be verified and confirmed.
The customer will have 24 hours after receiving the order to claim by phone or email any anomaly with it. MUSA is not responsible for any problems arising from transportation. MUSA will be obliged to refuse any request for refund or replacement (right of withdrawal) for products which have external defects and which have not been made a complaint within 24 hours. The right of withdrawal remains valid in cases of technical problems that are detected by the customer after delivery and in accordance with the terms provided by law.

2. Check that the product complies with the order placed and that it has no visible defects.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are automatically calculated before the user finalizes the order, taking into account the products and their respective weights or volumetric weights. At the end of the order it is assumed that you agree with the shipping costs previously calculated.
Delivery and Payments
After making the payment, the order will be shipped within 5 business days and the time it takes to arrive at the customer's address depends on the chosen shipping method. Products excluded from the right of legal withdrawal (free):
Incomplete products, damaged or already used / tried by the customer;
Provision of personalized confectionary goods;
Supply of sealed goods not subject to return, for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, MUSA will do its best to reimburse the customer quickly (using the same method of payment), noting, however, that this period will depend on the technical evaluations that will be carried out on the material, with a maximum duration of 15 days (counting on arrival at MUSA).
To return an item *, the customer must contact the "contacts" tab. The costs of shipping fees are borne by the customer (the product travels under the customer's responsibility).
For the period covered by the warranty, the customer must return it directly to the After Sales Service (SPV) of the brand or in the manufacturing space itself.
